Same-day cancel = cancelled on the appointment day before the appointment time (bookings made that same day excluded).
No-show = same rules, but cancelled after the appointment time.
Patients who were treated in another session that day count as moved and are excluded from cancel/no-show.
% = share of bookings whose date has passed.
Score = weighted sum of the counts (Upcoming not scored). Sorted by score.
Same-day new = booked on the day for a patient with no earlier appointment that day (moves excluded), treated.
